It is important to us that you are happy with your experience at Make Me Heal and we want to help you in the event that there is a problem. Please note that there are different return policies for products and for consumer/patient education subscriptions. Because the return policy may differ from product to product, please read and review the return policy associated with the specific product that you choose. Please note that “By submitting an order, you agree that you have read and accepted all terms of the Make Me Heal Return and Shipping Policies.” 

In the instance of a return, Make Me Heal will not be responsible for, or reimburse, any shipping charges.


Return policy for products

Each product sold through Make Me Heal has a specific return policy that may be viewed by clicking on the Return Policy link that is on the bottom left of the full description page for any product offered on Make Me Heal. For your convenience, a link to the Return Policy is also provided on the written order confirmation that is e-mailed to you after you place an order with Make Me Heal.

All Custom Garments are Final Sale and cannot be returned. No Exceptions.

Because the return policy may differ from product to product, please read and review the specific return policy associated with each product that you choose. In the instance of a return, Make Me Heal will not be responsible for, or reimburse, any shipping charges.
Make Me Heal will not be responsible for refund discrepancies due to the exchange rate between US Dollars and foreign currency. We refund the amount in dollars that is due, and any conversion differences will not be refunded. Upon delivery, if a customer refuses a package or fails to pick up a package, customer will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges that were paid at the time the order was placed Please do not refuse any package as there will also be a $10 fee (assesed by the carrier) for refusing the package, and an additional freight charge that will be determined by the shipping carrier who will return the package to Make Me Heal.

How do I return a product?

Returning an item with Make Me Heal is fast and simple. To return an item, please visit our Returns Center online. Once you complete this process, we will send you instructions as soon as possible. Please do not return any item(s) without first receiving our instructions by email, as your item(s) cannot otherwise be accepted by us. We request that you wait for the return instructions as we have different warehouses and return addresses. Once we receive your item(s) back, you will receive a refund provided that the item(s) that you sent back, have/has met all criteria that were posted in our Return Policies. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for your credit to be posted into your credit card statement. When you are mailing a return back, we strongly suggest you request a tracking or delivery confirmation number from your carrier.  FedEx and UPS have tracking numbers, and the US Postal Service offers delivery confirmation numbers.  Having a tracking number will help expedite your return, and act as your proof that the return has been sent.  In the event that your package is delayed, this will assist our warehouses in tracking your return.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order placed on the same day, please call our toll free number 866-363-4325 from 8am-11am PST.
For orders placed during the weekend, please contact us as soon as possible on Monday morning.

Orders can only be cancelled during the morning hours. You may also email cancellations to customercare@makemeheal.com but it is advisable to speak to a live representative. All orders are shipped in the early afternoon.
We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not already shipped, but we cannot issue any credit until the cancellation has been confirmed by the shipping department.

In the event a package is returned to us, the original shipping paid at the time of the order will not being reimbursed and an additional $10 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the freight charges to get our package back.

Consumer & Patient Education Subscriptions

Can I return a consumer/patient education subscriptions?

We cannot accept returns of any consumer or patient education information subscriptions.

Can I get a refund if I pre-order a subscription and then cancel it?

If you pre-order a subscription and cancel it before the official release date of the subscription world (date on which the subscription is available for viewing), then you will not be obligated to pay for the full subscription price. However, your "Pre-Order Amount" that you paid during your pre-order transaction will not be reimbursed. You must cancel the full subscription before the official release date of the procedure world. Once the official release date is reached, no cancellations of any pre-orders can be accepted by Make Me Heal.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, go to My Subscription Orders (inside My Account Area) and cancel your subscription.
