I bought these prior to my upper/lower bleph and it was one of the best things I did for myself. They made it so easy on my husband who was caring for me after surgery. He just had to go to the fridge, get one from it's tray and lay it on my eyes. After, he just rinsed it off, put it back in the tray and back into the fridge and pulled out the next one. No trying to make ice packs or wrap heavy bags of peas to put on my eyes. It was wonderful for ME because they were VERY light weight and conformed to my face and eye shape so that my eyes were totaly covered. I can't imagine anything that would feel more soothing on my eyes than these did. No uncomfortable weight on my eyes like the ice packs in the hospital! I recently ordered another brand but, they have a really gooey, goopy feeling to them and they seem to leave behind some sort of residue on my skin. I'm just about 3 wks out from surgery and I still use them when my eyes feel tired and puffy. They are getting a tad smaller in size as I use them but, as said before, they aren't meant to last forever. Do yourself and your caregiver a favor and by these for your aftercare. You won't be sorry! | |
