I find this pillow to be not quite high enough to really prevent back pain. Also, it is very difficult to get the pillowcase back on this pillow after you've washed it - by that, I don't mean that it shrinks, I mean that it's a very difficult shape to put a pillowcase onto, and I dreaded washing it because of how difficult it is to put back on.
