I have been using an adjustable bed for 30 years to relieve lower back pain while sleeping. It became less effective several years ago so I starting tring back and leg wedges. I found good leg wedges but the back weges were all too short. This long wedge is perfect for the job. the memory foam also conforms and supports much better than the regular foam wedges. I also found I do not slide off this wedge as I did with the other wedges. I have been able to sleep with out any back pain and I no longer have to readjust the pillows every two or three hours at night.
