Sizing Chart & Measuring Tips
Note: Please size yourself according to what your measurements are BEFORE your procedure. If you did not size yourself prior to surgery, see below for tips. Size chart is the manufacturer's suggested guideline and is not 100% guaranteed by manufacturer for every body shape. Actual fit may vary from size chart guidelines.
Stage One Garment: This type of garment is typically worn right after surgery during the initial 1-2 weeks of post-op and it is designed to be less tight and bigger due to your swelling. Stage One garments have zippers for ease of putting it on and taking it off.
Stage Two Garment: This type of garment is typically worn during 2-8 weeks post-op or longer (as needed) and it is designed to be smaller and tighter since you will have less swelling during this phase. Stage Two garments do not have zippers. Please note that stage 2 garments in this brand run small.

All the measurements on our size chart are important. Please make sure to follow the measuring instructions.
Your Girdle size is based upon your waist and lower hip measurements. To find the appropriate size, match your waist and hip measurements to the chart below. If measurements fall into different sizes, you should choose the larger size. Sizing Example: If your hips are Medium (37) & your waist is Large (32), you should choose the size Large.
Keep in mind that compression garments are designed for a snug fit, optimal compression and support require accurate measurements. If you desire a looser fit to accommodate dressings or excessive swelling, we suggest ordering one size larger than the size suggested by your measurements. We recommend you to measure twice for accuracy and to remove your shoes while measuring.
Measuring Instructions: To ensure a proper fit, please have someone else take your measurements and avoid wearing bulky clothes. Your feet should be 2-3 apart and your arms should be relaxed at your sides. We recommend using a cloth measuring tape; hold the tape level and firmly, but do not allow it to dig into your skin or clothing.
Waist Measurements: Measure around the narrowest part of the waistline around or above the navel.
Lower Hip Area Measurements: Measure around the fullest part of the lower hip area, keep tape measure parallel to the floor.
