Male High-Waist Abdominal Cosmetic Surgery Brief w/Zippers (Marena)

The Male High-Waist Abdominal Cosmetic Surgery Brief Compression Garment is worn immediately following surgery for the first 1-2 weeks of post-op before the Stage Two garment becomes necessary. This brief features a fly-crotch design, a center zippered opening with a wide elastic band and a pouch opening for restroom use. Stage One garments are made to be less tight and bigger than Stage Two garments due to you having more swelling during the initial recovery. This garment improves blood circulation, minimizes swelling after the procedure, flushes the body out of potentially harmful fluids, accelerates the healing process, keeps the implants in their correct position, and allows the patient to return to daily routines sooner. This compression garment also provides support to surgical areas for more comfort and helps the skin fit better to its new contours. Further, this garment can also help prevent a patient from experiencing some "throbbing" sensations after surgery and help reduce the tension on newly formed scars to prevent them from stretching. Appropriate for Liposuction (Upper & Lower abdomen), Tummy Tuck.

This garment features a 100% latex-free fabric that offers enhanced support and more durable compression performance. The garment's silky and soft fabric is stretchable to make it easier to slip on and off, yet fiercely strong and durable. The fabric is remarkably lightweight and breathable to keep you clean, dry and fresh all day long. The fabric provides the compression control you need to optimize circulation and enhance healing, while giving you the "feel good" comfort that patients demand.
Instructions For Use: Assume a seated position in a chair or on a bed with the garment next to you. While seated, step your legs into the garment and slide it up to your knees and/or thighs. While remaining seated, you should now be able to gently position the garment into place on your upper body. Standing up very slowly and using the chair or bed to provide support, pull the garment fully into place, making sure the crotch opening is correctly positioned. If you do not feel comfortable standing up, please lie on your back to apply the garment. If you have someone to assist you, they can help with the positioning of the garment. Once the garment is positioned, the shoulder straps should be fastened and adjusted.
Measuring Myself Correctly & Getting The Right Size: Knowing how to measure yourself correctly and getting the right size for your garment is the most crucial step of selecting a garment. For this reason, please view the Size Chart (and read the measuring tips) associated with this garment.
Garment Care: Your garment can be hand washed. The garment should be washed in cold water and air/line-dried. Washing your garment in hot water or drying with an electric or gas dryer may ruin the garment. To remove any stains, the garment can be soaked in 2 or 3 gallons of cool water with 1/4 cup of peroxide added. After the garment has soaked, it can be hand washed and air/line-dried.
Important Healthy Tip: Due to long, continuous periods of time that you may need to wear the garment, it is recommended to purchase 2 garments. Having two garments will enable you to always have a freshly clean garment, while the soiled one is being washed.
Applicable Procedures: Liposuction (Upper & Lower abdomen), Tummy Tuck.
