Fleur de lis abdominoplasty
Album Description
I lost 140lb, and due to excess skin above the bellybutton, chose to have a fleur de lis abdominoplasty (with vertical incision). I had a MAJOR bleed some time in the 3 days immediately post-op, which formed a huge hematoma right below my bellybutton. It looks like a mini pot-belly. It just has to reabsorb because it wasn't diagnosed soon enough and solidified. I needed a blood transfusion 6 days after surgery because of the blood loss. Overall I'm happy with the removal of skin and how small my waist looks but I wish my recovery had been smoother. Once I'm healed I think I'll be very happy.Tags:
