I lost 120 pound in 10 months. 3 months after reaching my goal, on March 3rd, 2011, I am having a tummy tuck, and a breast reduction to get rid of the excess skin.*UPDATE*
4 months after my first surgery my chest was not as flat as I wanted. Also after my Tummy Tuck, the pulling from the front caused my sides to noticeably stick out. So on July 11th, 2011 I have a revision done on my chest to remove the skin that was left from the first surgery, lipo on my chest, lipo under my arms, and lipo of my flanks.

I've been thru it myself (chest and tummy tuck and lipo several times - and ended up having two "secondary corrective" procedures to get the tummy even and flat! It took the better part of a year for the initial and two "touch up" surgeries, but the results were well worth it in the end when I pulled on a pair of ancient 33" waist levis 501's that I hadn't worn since my sophomore year of college, and once again they fit perfectly! BTW: if you paid less than $15k for your "little surgical miracle" you got a real bargain, too! Congrats again - your end result is going to be fantastic and yes, I can tell! Experience being a really great teacher about such things!
