I had a bad fall and severely sprained my ankle. The bruising, although normal, was an eyesore to others. A friend recommended that I try the Boiron Arnica Gel to help with the bruise and gave me part of her left over tube. I laughed at the idea of using this and I left it on my kitchen counter for more than a week. The swelling and bruising were not getting any better so I deceided to try it. It was amazing. Even after waiting all that time, the swelling all but disappeared and the bruise was almost gone! I have since used it right away for some of the same symptoms and I didn't have to suffer as long. The benefits it has given me are too many to count. I suffer from acute basal joint arthritis and I just rub a little of the Arnica Gel on my thumb joint and within minutes the pain is minimized or disappears entirely without leaving me drowsy or drugged like my pain killers did and the swelling disappears as well. Another great thing is that it has no odor! It is also not sticky or greasy. It absorbs completely and doesn't come off on my clothing either. My dad just had surgery on his neck and I am giving him a tube to use with the confidence that it will produce the same results for him. I came online to order the tube for him and saw the opportunity to share what a great gift this product has been for me.
