I am not a very big person- I'm 5"6 and 150lbs. I used to be a lot smaller so I wanted something to slim me down while i try to lose about 10 lbs. I looked at the size chart and ordered a medium. It took me around 5 minutes to just get over my butt (there was no way it would go over my shoulders) and I would barely get it off. I was debating on cutting it actually. There is absolutely no way I can wear this without doing harm to my internal organs. It might be cool if I can find one that fits but wow..I'm stunned. The medium is meant for a 90lb woman. If you buy this product, go up several sizes. I read that in the other reviews and thought, eh, if I buy it the right size it will be super slimming. It doesn't really help if you can't wear it. Now I have marks all over my thighs and stomach from trying to rip that thing off and I have to order yet another one. Don't pay attention to their chart- if you wear a medium- buy a large, or xl maybe. Update- so after paying for return shipping plus another item plus more shipping, the one that is the recommended two sizes larger is too big. I think I've just wasted over $100 on products I can't use that aren't as described. Dont but it.
