I just had shoulder surgery 3 mos. ago and now again on the other one. I used this pillow with my contoured tempure pedic pillow placed at the top and a down pillow vetically over both. I sleep so comfortable now more than ever. It's hard to have to sleep on your back but with this comfortable elevation pillow I have no problem sleeping all night without moving. I highly recommend this for anyone who is going to have a similar surgery.
