I love my Tempur-pedic mattress, but called them and they don't make a wedge pillow so I bought a foam pillow from BedBath&Beyond. I returned it as it was way too hard. I ordered this bed wedge made of memory foam from "Make Me Heal" and slept on it last night. It's not as soft as my mattress, but it is soft enough for comfort and helped with acid reflux. The pillow is reasonably priced, arrived well packaged and quickly via FedEx. The zippered cover is soft and I don't slip down. I did also put a memory foam pillow on top of it for my neck and slept like a rock!
