I am now 6 days post surgery for breast lift & reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction of my flanks and inner thighs. I normally sleep on my side and was very concerned about sleeping on my back for the duration of my healing process. This pillow is extremely comfortable and has made it possible for me to sleep very comfortably on my back since my surgery. Plus, it is large enough that I can shift my position when necessary without a lot of adjustments to try to stay in the middle of the pillow. I love it and am so glad I bought it. My healing process would have been much more uncomfortable without it. I covered it with a sheet but it comes with a removable, fully washable cover...I just prefer my own high thread count sheets instead of the soft terry-cloth cover against my skin. I felt it was a great value for the money. I bought the one without the neck roll because I used my own cervical pillow for my neck & head in combination with this one which was more for my body & back.
