Instructions For Use: Take Arnica 12C, 5 pellets 3 times a day, beginning 2 days before surgery and then for 10 days after the surgery or longer until the swelling and bruising subside. Place pellets under the tongue and allow them to dissolve in your mouth. To dispense the pellets, pull the tab first. Turn the tube upside-down and twist the pellet dispenser. Continue to twist until 5 pellets have fallen into the cap. Do not handle the pellets, as instead you should drop the pellets into the cap. Carefully remove the cap.
