In addition to the bed wedge, many patients use a U-Shaped Pillow to have neck support and reduce the strain on the head and neck muscles while laying down on the bed wedge. Instructions For Use: You may place the leg separator between your legs in a position that is most comfortable for you. If you had incisions made in front and behind the ears (i.e. for face lift), the leg separator will enable you to sleep in a twisted position where you only turn your lower body (from the hips and below) on its side while keeping your upper body and back flat on the bed.
