Product Description & Benefits: The Jodee Contemporary Perma-Form bra features a lace inserts on the top cups, polyester tricot cups, and elastic nylon/spandex sections. The cups are lightly fiberfilled for good shaping and additional support. This perma-form bra includes a built-in polyurethane foam breast form (prosthesis) with small metal cores which help restore body balance yet leave the form 60% lighter than silicone. The bra offers patented a built-in pocket on the side for Balanced-Fit cushion. The Balanced-Fit pocket and cushions fill in where underarm lymph nodes have been removed, help anchor the bra in place, and reduce twisting. This bra is appropriate for all types of mastectomy/breast cancer surgery procedures (radical, simple, partial, bilateral, lumpectomy). As this bra is custom made, it cannot ship for anywhere from 2-3 weeks from the order date.

Instructions For Use: The bra is put on like a regular bra. The breast form must be inserted into the bra before the bra is worn. The breast form should remain wrapped inside the breast form cover when put inside the bra pocket. Insert the breast form (with the form cover intact) delicately into the bra pocket, while avoiding excessive pulling or squeezing. After placing the breast form in the pocket, you can put on the bra as you would with a regular bra.

Garment Care:It is recommended to hand wash the garment in warm water with mild soap or our TruKleen Washing Solution. For best results, the bra should be hung until it is completely dry.
