Can you have the tip derotated within weeks of rhinoplasty?

I had a a revision rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago which included osteotomies and tip support with strut graft.
I agreed with the surgeon to have the tip v slightly rotated upward and now after surgery I dislike the results and regret going with this shape!
I know that most would say that tip will rotate down with time but in my case I agreed to have the tip rotated slightly up and liked it on photos so most likely I will end up with a slight upturned tip. I feel it does not suit me at all.
I feel very depressed as it has changed the way I look and it does not suit my personality. I feel guilty and awful as It is me who asked for this.
My question now, can I have the tip down rotated ASAP before scar tissue formation and before the skin shrink to the new shape?
I understand tip down rotation is not an easy procedure due to scaring and limited skin. Is it not better to have the surgery ASAP?
