Breast implant removal w/no replacement

I had breast implant surgery in 2002, under the muscle, saline 390cc. Felt they were too big so I had them replaced in 2008 with 250cc, saline. Honestly I've never like the implants. They have always seemed so foreign on my body and my breast/chest area just aches most of the time. I don't want to spend a lot of money again since I've already had two surgeries. Can I just have the surgery to remove the implants and wait to see if I need a lift later on after the breast tissue has settled?
