When a plastic surgeon is doing a facelift and he also does a p-plasty at the same time,isn't it required to tell the staff and anastesiaoligist that

Hi I have had many medically necessary surgeries from Crohn's since I was young,so I am aware of your telling the staff exactly what you are having done while in the OR. The surgeon did more than I stated.. A p-plasty and a complete facelift. Isn't it the law you have to tell the staff what you are having done before the sedation ? All procedures ? If they did more as they did,who vouches for you than ? I would hope the anastesiaoligist would...Under my chin hurts after 7 months (throbs). There was a lot of skin hanging under jaw line so at the 4th month he did ultrasound as well as the 5th month. The 6 month he had his assistant do the Ulthera and since than it really hurts. I am also very ill and do not use a computer that often,though I did check his background for the eye surgery .. I did not need or want the rest. But I am not sure what to do from here and honestly was not prepared mentally or physically. I am in the Keys and I see you are in Miami. Thank you for your time,Suzi
