Vaser Lipo
I can understand your warning against laser lipo, as it is a technique that destroy not only fat but also destroy tissue without descrimination, and can lead to irregular skin surface and scar tissue. What is your opinion on Vaser lipo? Is it less invasive and more secured?

October 30, 2014 3:24 AM I agree partially with Dr Grossman. The use of Vaser is best to previous scarred areas of liposuction or areas of very very fibrous fat like back, male breasts, buffalo hump. Though I (more) I agree partially with Dr Grossman. The use of Vaser is best to previous scarred areas of liposuction or areas of very very fibrous fat like back, male breasts, buffalo hump. Though I sometimes use both SmartLipo Triplex + Vaser + lipo in these areas. As for Power Assisted lipo, this also can give good results. After over 30 years doing liposuction with ALL the differing technologies, I recently returned to using very small diameter canulae (less than 3 mm) in ALL my lips with great success... (less) |

I use vaser or UAL inly in the repeat lipo when the cannula won't travel through tissues and is very dense with scar tissue. Power lipo is the best way to go by far for the first time patient.
