mid face lif

dear doctor i appreciated your second opinion i got mid face lift a month ago and everything went well, just my upper lipp area between nose and upper lip is so stiff so i can not move my upper lip normaly i have half function so when i talk it looks pulling and stiffness since the surgery went through the temple and through the mounth upper lift is this sstiffness because of scare tissue or never damaging it is getting better but overal my face healing my faster then my upper lip stiffness my face stiffness do not bother me at all and is bearable but my upper lip do not let me to talk normally i can smile now the back ward movement is ok but forward movement like blow your lip and talking look unnatural thanks alot
