Facial issues 9 weeks post facelift?

9 weeks post smas not sure specifically the teqnique..excellent surgeon, board certified, no complaints with him. I am 57 female. My lower face had jowls and some sagging at neck. My cheeks were bottom heavy....I opted for a FL. With upper and lower blephs, and some fat grafts in lips, which have now disappeared. My lower face looks good. Around my neck...But my cheeks are flat, and I look strange, not youthful. They are very bottom heavy my cheeks should have volume. But do not appear lifted or youthful. I don't look any fresher or younger. I look quite strange. I had no problems during surgery. I also have pulls of skin at temples. And swelling has decreased. But still have odd pulls. My surgeon said it was swelling..I am concerned about my end results. Whether I will need revision, or fillers to lift my cheeks and give volume, and smooth out the sag at the temples? As this would have made the facelift worthwhile...I currently have mild improvement...but my mid and upper face still look flat and aged. My cheeks and temple area I feel were not addressed to compliment the proceedure, I'm not worried about wrinkles, the sag and cheeks volume are the biggest concerns.
