Will I ever be able to have another nose revision surgery?

I have had 5 revision surgery. My first rhinoplasty left me with too small and short nose, and since then I'm trying to have bigger nose,
but I had failure with goretex and last polyethylene implants that almost extruded my skin. I have placement and re movement of goretex too. I
had revision 3 months ago, unfortunately opened approach to remove polyethylene implants and that surgery left me with nose discoloration and low blood supply. Surgeon put only small piece of rib on the dorsum and bridge and my tip is left empty, flat with irregularities on whole nose. I would like now put small amount restylane on bridge because I have hole on left side. I have also hole on side of the tip, between tip and old piece of cartilage. Am I in risk on skin tissue death if I use
restylane? Is it safe only on this dent on bridge? Will I be able ever have another
augmentation? How can I improve nose color and blood supply, because it is purple and it is getting worst on cold weather, it's only normal color during the night and morning.
