When would be the best time to do a nose job and Pulsed Dye laser and fraxel after doing Ulthera?

I am a 31 yr old female. I had my first ulthera procedure yesterday. I have had fillers to my cheeks and nasolabial folds and botox about 6 months ago. I would like to do a nose job and start pulsed dye laser and fraxel soon. The nurse told me I can do it after a month from this procedure. I don't want to jeopardize my healing process from ulthera. When would be safe to start these procedures?
