Any solution to post nasolabial filler skin necrosis scar

Had Hyacorp hyaluronic acid filler injected in feb 2012. Developed tissue necrosis and ended up with both depression and a hypertrophic scar near the alar crease. Underwent v-beam laser to get rid of the redness, hyaluronidase injection to dissolve the filler, monthly steroid injection for the hypertrophic scar, applied scar gel for the uneven scar (depression). The inside of the affected nostril now has a "lump" of scar tissue that is pulling the alar "inwards". Whenever I flare my nostrils or smile, the alar curve is no longer the same as the normal side. The thickness of the nostrils is thinner on the problematic side. Is there any reconstructive surgery to fix it?
