All depends on your health. I know an 80 year old who just had her third full deep plane facelift, a tummy tuck revision, and some work on her thighs - all at the same time. She was under a general and on the table for about 8 hours all together. No ill effects and her recovery was easy and fairly fast, too. She was back at the gym in two weeks or less, and out in public within three weeks without make-up. She looks great by the way and her apparent age is somewhere around 50 or 55 - but a really good, well-cared for fifty-ish (if you know the type.) But this woman was in excellent health, no heart disease, no diabetes, no family history of heart problems. She works out every other day with a private trainer and has done so for over twenty years. She was blessed with excellent health and good genetics and then she took great care of herself for many years, as well. Few are in comparable shape at 60.
