Fractora firm or ultherapy?

ULTHERAPY: An Uplift, not a Facelift!
Ultherapy is a new type of non-surgical, non-invasive procedure that uses ultrasound and the body?s own natural healing process to lift, tone, and tighten loose skin on the brow, neck, and under the chin.
Fractora Firm: laser skin tightening that only takes about an hour and last for a year and a half to two years.
My question-What do you think of these two procedures? Are the results as they say they are? Would I be better off getting a mini facelift for a little sagging in my chin and lower face? Thank you so much.
