FYI. We respond to these question e/mails to assist the patient to seeing their chosen surgeon/returning to/for close follow up. You did not enclose photos, operative report, medical history so very hard to directly respond to such a general question on numbness following a lower body lift. Hopefully in your pre operative informed consents there were written explanations concerning all possible risks, including "numbness" . If not than you deserve a detail explanation from your surgeon. Does numbness occur? Of course it does in any surgery. But over the internet we can not tell the degree you have. Thus always best to see your surgeon or obtain IN PERSON second opinions. I hope you are recovering and the numbness is subsiding. Good Luck to you.

Obviously this docblinski has nothing better to do than question the intellegence of people on this forum with his ignorant resposes. In response to your idiotic question, yes I am seeing my surgeon for regular follow ups, and told me its normal. Hence the reason for me pursuing another opinion via this website. You seem like a bit of an ass. A simple.. I have heard these complaint from my patients before would have been enough.. So next time refrain from being a prick.
