AcneDerma Roller

Hi I have a lot of flat white scars all over my face, mixed with freckles. I look
horrible with out makeup. I have been doing some chemical peels. I just did a 18 percent tca peel. It has gotten drown except the white dots. Will doing a tca when help with this? I just ordered a derma roller to try after my peel heals. Do you think the combination of the peels and the needling will help. Very desperate for this to get better.
