Someone in good health who is not significantly overweight and without exaggerated laxity. Patients in their 40's and 50's seem to have fairly consistent lifting and tightening effect. I had Ultherapy done 4 months ago with NO results. In fact, I actually think I look worse, more gaunt - I hear this can be due to it targeting the little facial fat that is still there as we age. Also, it was extremely painful. I still have red marks and burn pain on either side of my neck. DON'T do it!
