Don't do it. Even though the effect in the beginning may look like some success, one or more years later you will be disappointed. The fat that will melt first with the laser will be gone

Don't do it. Even though the effect in the beginning may look like some success, one or more years later you will be disappointed. The fat that will melt first with the laser will be gone forever and the tissue (scar) replacing it will not be as robust, creating a hollower face which will look much older.
Future face lifting will become much more difficult.
If you have not been overweight, look in to fat transfer of the whole face, when done well, the results are superior to any surgery or laser and permanent. You will have some swelling at first, but no scars and you will definitely not need anyone to care for you.
