The correction of these irrigularities may require multiple procedures. Some will rquire the combination of liposuction, fat transfer and in severe cases a skin tightening orocedure is needed to achieve good results. (less)

Your case is way too common despite the fact that I personally teach doctors and patients alike not to undergo procedures that deliver energy to the subcutaneous tissue layers. This is unfortunately true even with the newest ulthera device.
You are definitely a candidate for fat transfer and in the hands of an experienced plastic surgeon (at least 5 years of successful procedures of this sort) you should be able to get a nice result. One procedure will not be enough though, so be prepared.
