Will Ultherapy get rid of wrinkles on the upper lip?

I don't know if it's better to use a filler or if this therapy will actually be effective in decreasing the wrinkles on the area between upper lip and base of nose. Thank you for your help!

Pain is used as feedback for the ultherapy. If they put you out so you don't feel anything, you could get over treated.

To the original poster. Ultherapy is for larger areas and not used for upper lip. You DON'T want to tighten the upper lip area. That would look weird. You can do a CO2 laser to ablate the wrinkles though.

I don't know why in 2013, Dr.'s are not using a twilight sleep or something more aggressive for pain for this procedure. I plan on having this done , but wonder why the pain when it seems to be unanimous that it hurts too much!
