Can Freckles Be Repigmented after Laser Tattoo Removal?

I had about 9 treatments on my arm with a Palomar Q-YAG laser. I have lots of freckles, so the downfall is now I have no pigmentation on that portion of my arm, which looks ridiculous.

I am looking into microdermabrasion to smooth the raised scarring. I also wonder if pseudo-skin grafting (i.e. take freckles from my upper thigh and somehow surgically overlap them on my arm?

I'm aware this may cause more scarring, but anything is better than this over-obvious patch of paleness on my upper arm!

Generally, no. Of course, over time, exposure to the sun will lead to freckles and age spots returning. (more)
