Your first and most important question is whether you want to augment the right side of your jaw or reduce the left. Speaking from pure aesthetics, I think that reduction of the left side would be optimal. That would involve surgery. If that is impossible or if you are absolutely against surgery, then augmentation of the right is possible via some simple filler injections. I would use small amounts either hyaluronic acid or Radiesse to bring out the underdeveloped side and make it blend in with the surrounding contours. The result should last about 8 to 10 months. If all goes well, I would then consider switching to a permanent filler like Artefill. This takes a few monthly sessions to layer in, but the end result is permanent. Hope that helps.

You look beautiful. No need to worry. It's always good to make yourself feel better though.

What about botox facial reshaping? Is that possible for me to shrink the augmented side?

I would not say your jaw line area is "grossly asymmetrical". It's just somewhat asymmetrical.
You have more bulk out to the right side of face (left side of photo). So, yes, you could use fillers, perhaps fat grafts to even out the sides. Of course, that helps if you like the right side of face (lefts side of photo) better.

Okay, I see...what if I used fillers to make my chin look longer to offset it? I don't like the look of my right side, but I like the idea of fillers better than surgery just in case I don't like it, since it's not permanent, and surgery is what I think messed my jaw up in the first place.
