Looking for that sweet spot

I am currently driving myself crazy trying to figure out what size implant will actually get me the result I am looking for. My surgery date, 3/21/12, is rapidly approaching and I'm still nervous about size.
I'm now a 34B looking to become 34DD
My doc has suggested dual plane using natrelle high profile 450 on the left and 475 on the right.
It seems like a balancing act to find the right size and not risk bottoming out or the implants dropping to the sides due to being too large for a woman's frame.
I bought a 34DD bra and filled two stockings with two cups of rice each to fill the DD bra out. It did so nicely and It's my understanding that two cups of rice is roughly the equivalent of 468 CC's. I'm not sure how accurate the rice test is but given I liked that amount how does that translate to implant size?
Thank you.
My stats are:
5'5"
130 lbs
29 ribcage
Breast width is 12
Included is a current photo of myself and the second is my goal. If I could safely go a little bigger than the goal picture that would be preferable.

Hello,
You and your surgeon's decision to use implants of that size and profile means that you and your surgeon are in agreement that your results are prone to a 25% risk of complications (more)
