Sorry to hear about your poor results.
As far as a "Lower Butt Lift", I'm assuming you are referring to a Buttocks Wedge Excision. This is done to tighten the skin along the crease beneath your buttocks cheek, lessening the depth of the crease. Without seeing your pictures or you in person, I'm not sure this is the right thing for you, but it sounds like a possibility. The option of Fat Grafting would probably be reasonable if you had some fat to put back in that area, but at 100 lbs, it's unlikely. If you want to post some pics or email them, I'd be happy to take a look

Hello / i have exactly the same problem.. In fact, your post came up when I was googling "saggy butt after liposuction" .. I am so sad that I had the lipo in the first place.
Have you had any luck lifting the saggy butt?
I always refrained from stairmaster (because it makes my thighs huge) but I was thinking of hitting to that everyday for lifting my butt..

When it comes to plastic surgery you should be very careful, read this article before you do anything http://www.cosmeticharmony.com/2012/07/31/perfect-butt/

I realize that no body is completely symmetrical. I do; however, know my body. My right cheek may have had some asymmetry but it did not look like this before the surgery. In fact, I used to always do my own form of measuring my cheeks. Each cheek could fit into the palm of my hand.
I never felt my butt on the back of my thigh either. I had 2 round cheeks, no dents, no bulges, no points and certainly no rolls under the cheeks.
You mentioned that something can be done. What do you suggest?
Again, I thank you for your time.

I would like to start by thanking you and all of the doctors that responded to my post. It is comforting to know that professionals take time from all of your busy schedules to be part of this site. In addition, I would like to apologize for all of my type-O's within my initial posting.
I have been extremely upset and frustrated with the results. I did not know that a minor "tweaking" would have such a grave effect.
I actually requested the lipo to give me something to look forward to since I had to undergo a surgery to remove my crushed breast implants after being rear-ended in an auto accident.
Perhaps I was not properly informed of the dangers/risks of lipo in the "Bermuda Triangle" area of the body. I typically do extensive research before a procedure, but because the area I wanted to address with the lipo was so small, I did not feel there was reason for concern.
I have requested my "before" pix from the surgeon yet, have not received them thus far.
Regarding my after pix, I feel that they may not appear as extreme in the pix as the situation is in person. I will; however post them regardless.
Because my butt has dropped, it puts pressure on the thighs, now making them dimpled appearing as cellulite. I also have bulges of "meat" that I can grab by the handful directly under my butt. This is in addition to the crease that overly pronouncing the rear upper thigh. The right cheek is significantly lower than the left. The right cheek also has a dent along with a point at the bottom of the loose skin where the thigh meets the cheek.
I have seen a few PS's. Fat transfer has been discussed, but harvesting fat from me is difficult as it doesn't seem as though I have much.
The removal of the excess skin of the lower cheek and upper thigh has also been discussed.
My concerns are:
If fat transfer could be done it will increase volume to my buttocks and region. This will not take the pressure off the thighs that are no longer supported by healthy connective tissue. The buttocks will continue to push down on my thighs leaving the skin aesthetically unflattering. I have been told from a PS that my support system is gone from the aggressive lipo. Is there anything that can be done to generate healthy connective tissue? Or is it, once it's destroyed, damaged, removed it is gone for good?
My right cheek is elongated and mis-shapened because the bottom literally dropped out. From the side, my right cheek rests on the bulge on my upper thigh. Is is ever possible to re-create the natural slope and curve from butt to thigh?
What is your opinion on treating the problem with non-invasive measures such as: Vasershape, Exilis, Radio Frequency? I have tried the first two. Vaserhape had a little effect, Exilis did absolutely nothing, RF was considered, as it supposedly lifts and tightens, whereas, Ultrasound only tightens. Any thoughts?
My biggest fear is creating a worse situation by selecting a procedure that may come along with its own new set of problems. I do not know enough about the suggested options to make an educated decision or know enough to even ask the proper most relevant questions. All I know is that I am miserable. I feel as though I am dragging my butt on the back of my leg. I can no longer wear pants that slightly hug my bottom because the cheek are lopsided, the leg of the pants outline the bulges in the upper thighs, and the lower part of the pant leg twists when I walk because the lower cheek pulls on it.
When I have discussed my concerns with the PS who performed the surgery his solution was that, "I stop looking at it" and that I am getting older.
With sincere gratitude.
Rhia
