I can tell you that the Non Surgical Nose Job procedure can achieve exactly what you have shown in the Photoshop picture. I did a case just like yours today and I do cases where I have to camouflage a bump and lift a tip several times a week. I usually use Radiesse at first, as a temporary filler. It lasts about 8 to 12 months. When it dissolves, I like to switch out to Artefill, which is a permanent filler. It takes about 5 sessions to complete the process because Artefill has to be layered in, but the results should last forever. I have done about 3000 cases of Radiesse and about 750 Artefill and I have seen necrosis once. The patient had undergone revision rhinoplasty surgery 5 times, though and her tissues were very fragile. It is undeniable that the risk of the non surgical procedure is orders of magnitude less than surgical rhinoplasty. The key is finding an experienced doctor who understands the procedure. (less)

I have never had necrosis even though I have treated many patients this way since 1996.
