Denting under eye after fillers, twice.. WHY?

I always had "tired" under eyes that got worse with weight loss and age. I am 27 and I have had them filled a few times in the last year and a half ... now and here is a basic run-down

#1 Doctor A - filled with restalyne (I think) My right undereye bruised badly, and the injection seemed to wear off after 2 months or less!

#2 Doctor B - Used Juvaderm Ultra, eyes came out great, no bruising, lasted almost 8 months or more before...

After 10 months The filler was starting to really wear off and I noticed a dent/spot under my right eye area. One eye still looked nice just needed a touch up, the other had this dent that even my friends started to notice... so I thought maybe it had been long enough and the filler was just breaking down uneven. I was in the middle of moving to another state so I could not return to Doctor B.

#3 Doctor C. Showed him the dent and he said it was a bad injection (I did not have any issues for so long though..)and dissolved the Juvaderm with an injection before putting more juvaderm in at my request a week later after everything was dissolved. He wanted to put sculptra.. but I can not afford the investment for that at this time, plus I was moving to asia and would be unable to follow up with him.

A week after I visited him for a check and I had noticed the dent was back. I brought it up and he said I was being picky, fillers are not a perfect solution, it looked great etc. I hoped maybe it would go away with time, but its been 6 months and its still there and all I see. It cant be covered up with makeup, plumped with lotions, etc and is always just there.

My fillers are starting to wear off now and I am getting the sleepy look (faster it seems vs last time) and I really want to get them done again plus have this dent addressed again... or corrected, but now I am so scared because its happened two times to me now. Whats going on??? I used to be so happy with this treatment.

To make matters even trickier I moved from California to Seoul, South Korea and I am here for the next three years... so I am worried that they may not be able to help me with this denting issue since this is more of a Caucasian issue. I want some sort of idea before I see a doctor here for fillers so I dont go in blindly and follow what they say in case its wrong for my situation.... I'm really confused and any thoughts would be very appreciated. I feel like I may be doomed to having sleepy eyes or a dented eye now...

Get fat transfer by an experienced doc. Your problems should go away permanently. Don't do sculptra.
Good luck (more)

It is difficult to tell on the photo. The dent is either true hollowness in that location or relative hollowness secondary to fullness above it. The fullness is either fluid and/or fat. (more)

Hi there,

I had fillers under the eyes 5 years ago, they have gone down and I'm left with horrible bruising.

Had a vampire facial treatment a month ago to try to help but it didnt do much.

Any Idea what I should do?

Any really good people to see that could fix it in LA?

Mike :)

By the way, the photos are of me with zero makeup in the bathroom lighting. With makeup you can still see the dent/shadow it casts.. so I dont think its discoloration. I circled the dent just because in photos sometimes its tricky to see plus my fillers overall (nasel labial and eyes ) have started to wear off at this time.
