A physical exam is needed to determine if you have gained enough weight to transfer to these areas. From your description, you do not appear to have enough fat to also transfer to the breasts. Keep in mind that about 30-40% of fat transferred, is lost in the first couple of weeks. Breast implants with saline or silicone continues to be the best option for augmenting the breasts. Fat transfer to the breasts is not always permanent, as the size can be reduced if you lose weight.

You definitely have enough fat to augment your buttocks very nicely. Fat Grafting to the breast is an option, however, this is still a VERY controversial procedure. It can make cancer detection on mammogram's confusing. In addition, you typically only gain one cup size with breast augmentation using fat grafting. When it comes to stem cells, many people promote their use to increase fat survival, however this hasn't been proven to be true yet. The effect of stem cells on the development of breast cancer also has not been proven yet. There are many theories, but still little fact!
If you shop around, you will see MANY excellent results without the claim of these "miraculous stem cells". Which is currently against the FDA laws. Also I agree, with a prior plastic surgeons suggestion.... Be sure the surgeon you choose is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. There are many docs out there who call themselves "Cosmetic Surgeons" Chances are very good that they are not Plastic Surgeons. No doctor can Legally call themselves a Plastic Surgeon unless they complete a Plastic Surgery residency or fellowship training program, therefore they call themselves Cosmetic Surgeons. So, if you want to have Plastic Surgery by a Plastic Surgeon, Be sure they really are a Plastic Surgeon.

I agree with many things the two previous surgeons have stated. I agree that fat is wonderful to augment the breasts, but we use stem cell augmentation to maintain the volume changes. Correction of the breast asymmetry does need a well trained surgeon to correct. However, it is possible to match up the breasts very closely, even match slight asymmetries in the inferior mammary fold.

Liposculpture of the abdomen, flanks, and the lower back, as well as correction of the "violin deformity" at the inferior-lateral aspect of the buttocks will b
greatly improve your overall body symmetry and appearance. It is difficult to say how much fat can be harvested, but if you have reasonable expectations about the increase in breast size and buttocks, both can be done together when the fat is harvested during the liposculpture.

I disagree that you need a board certified plastic surgeon...I do agree that you need someone who has a great deal of experience and performs these procedures on a regular basis.

The cost should not be prohibitive, but it will not be inexpensive. Probably in the range of $6000-8000.

You have fat in certain areas. and what you need is a good examination , computer imaging and a plan for body contouring.
The breast is asymmetrical, You will always be asymmetrical , but it can be improved. Fat transfer is one option if you understand the pros and cons and willing to accept certain risks. Implants can also improve shape and size.
You have fat in the abdomen, liposuction can sculpt the abdomen, and be a source of fat for fat transfer.
the other area where you have a lot of fat to give is your love handles(ILLIAC CREST). by taking that fat it will make your buttock look better and rounder.
Also you have some fat at the lateral thigh and may be medial thigh, these can be a source of fat to use either in the breast or buttock -hip areas.
With the limited amount of fat and the degree of expertise needed choose a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise. Correction of problems may be very difficult and expensive. (less)
