Thermage and Titan are different technologies, but I would be skeptical of you getting results that are that much better with Thermage. I also have my nurse do the procedure, but in California only nurses and doctors are allowed to operate the machine. I would insist, if you do have it done, that a nurse do the procedure.
That being said, Thermage has subtle results and will really only work on mild jowling in patients that are relatively on the younger side (below 60).
Even though I have the device, I am always hesitant recommending it. Skin tightening is tough - if you can do a combination of Thermage and fractional CO2, that would give the best results.

I HAD EYE THERMAGE DONE IN NOVEMBER 2012. EFFECT DISASTROUS, MY UNDER EYE IS NOW MUCH THINNER, I LOOK TIRED AND OLD (PAST MY 48 YEARS)
EVERYONE I SPOKE TO PRIOR TO HAVING TREATMENT SAID I DIDN'T NEED IT, BUT I FELT THAT MY EYES WERE ALWAYS PUFFY. TO DESCRIBE HOW THEY LOOK NOW: BAGS ARE NOW FLAT ON MY CHEEK WITH NO VOLUME. I HATE IT, IT HAS COST ME £1700 AND MY CONFIDENCE.
