This peel is based on fruit-acids complex and papain to help gently refine the skin. Best for acne scarring and sun damage.
If you are looking for something a little bit more intensive, you should look into a micro needle derma roller along with a good scar cream. We do have a kit that has everything included.
What the derma roller does is create micro channels into the skin for products like creams and serums to better penetrate the skin. After using the derma roller, you then apply the scar cream to help smooth out the acne scars. It does take some dedication as you need to use the roller anywhere from 2-7 times a week to expect results. However, nothing comes easy. Well, technically, the area is already 'healed'. Problem is that the healing process left pit scars.
Pit scars can respond well to dermal abrasion (not 'micro' type) but the type where they sand off (with a sand wheel) a good layer of skin. For that , you would have to find a doctor who does the mechanical abrasion which are getting few and far between these days because of lasers. However lasers don't work as well as the older modality of dermal abrasion.
Another modality for pit scars is when they take a wire and detach the scar pit from where it is tethered to. Then some filler into the pit. Sometimes called 'wire excision' followed by a dot of filler in the pit.
