Small Hard Nodule / lump in neck after neck lift

Hi - I am two weeks post op having had a mini lift and neck lift plus microdermabrasion. I noticed that a tiny lump, like a hard nodule has popped up about an inch under my ear. Funnily enough (it's not funny) that side of my face has stopped 'pulling' as tightly as the right side. Could it be that a tendon has come loose? The lump is small and feels hard and boney. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what it could be? My next appointment with my surgeon is not for another two weeks as he is on holiday until then.
