Lateral Tarsal strip after skin pinch

I recently had a skin pinch only bleph. The lower lid continued to pull down at 3 months. While at a follow up appointment with my breast cancer reconstruction surgeon, he suggested he could "fix" this problem. I thought he was going to do a minor repair and simply lift the corner and tighten it. When I woke up he had done what he called a lateral tarsal strip advancement and now my lower eyelids are at least 5 mm shorter on each side and rounded out. I'm trying to find an experienced reconstructive revisional eyelid specialist to help restore the length and shape of my eyes. I'm left with some pretty bad scars as well. I don't know where to turn for help. I live in Florida. Is there anyone who has had revisional lower eyelid surgery with success and with what doc? Thanks.
