I'm so confused and devastated, what should I do?

I'm a woman in my early thirthy's, three years ago I had a rhinoplasty and unfourtuanetly, it came out very bad and affected all aspects of my face. I look very manly and ugly now. My forehead is very wide, flat, and seems very high due to hair loss, my eyes became very low, sunken in, and changed overall for the worst (that was my best feature) even the color of them changed-don't understand?, my face i guess was always full, but now is more pronouced so it looks very manly! Wide jaw, full face, square mishaped chin, etc.. Before when my mouth would naturally open, you could see my upper teeth, now it's only my lower teeth and they are pretty bad. My upper lip is now one thin line and changed in shape-it sags down creating a sad facial expression and i have a tugging feeling inside my mouth all day, like my lower teeth are being pullued down (very uncomfortable). The worst thing, my nose has become worst than before (all lump, bumpy, crooked, very wide-esp when smiling) plus,I have a very angry, sad expression on my face 24/7 which i cannot control. I cannot afford a surgery in the US and I need a complete makeover of my face and also breast augmentation. I'm not familiar with this topic but can anyone help me? FFS surgery sounds like it coinsists of all things I need to make my face pretty and feminie. Can I undergo that even though I'm a woman? Can anyone please recommend me the best surgeon who has exp with women? is what I'm requesting even possible? Is FFS surgery only for transexuals? HElp!

I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience. I too had a Rhinoplasty and as a result my lip dropped over my teeth. Also my nose was altered too much and it is now very, very small. It is very devastating, especially when you have certain expectations from your surgeon and everything turns out horribly wrong. I am seeking an upper lip lift to correct my mouth but to be honest I am fearful of any more surgery. I wish you the very best of luck and hope all goes well. These forums are a great source of information so I encourage other people to share their experiences and hopefully someone can recommend an excellent doctor for you.
