Choosing where to have your surgery is very important. First you should have a consultation with several surgeons to go over your expectations and to see what can be done surgically to enhance your look. Once you find a surgeon that you feel comfortable with, then you can set up your surgery date and plan accordingly. If you desire a butt lift, you should do that procedure first, then as a second procedure, you can do the breast lift and the tummy tuck. I recommend staying close to home for your procedures because there will be multiple, and the closer you are to your surgeon, the easier it is to see him/her if any complications arise. The U.S. has very competitive plastic surgery prices currently, especially in Miami. A bit of research will help you find the right surgeon for you. Good luck on your search.

That's the advise I wish someone has given me 4 years ago before making the biggest mistake of my life. I destroyed my face and body. My well know plastic surgeon (I refuse to call him doctor) kept pushing and pushing more and more procedures. He took advantage of a momentary lapse of judgement and destroyed my life for money. Please give some time to yourself to rethink what you are about to do. Stay away from injections and the knife and that would be one of the best decisions of your life. No matter what they tell you, anything you do is irrepable, it cannot be undone and if you try to reverse it chances are it will become even worse not better. Please research about the side effects of each procedure, and keep in mind that they are more common than not.
Great website has nothing to do with your long time results. Go to a respected dermatologist and he or she will explain to you all the possible dangers.

The total surgery including 9 days stay was $5,260.The airfare was $861. I stayed an additional 6 days which was maybe another $300. Food at the hotel cost me another $250.I went for appointments with the doctor every 4-5 days. So by the time I left all of my stitches were out. Another thing I really liked was that the MD understood what scarring meant to me. When visiting the doc's in the states I kept asking them about keloid scarring. Being able to perform surgery without leaving keloid scarring is a real art; as far as I'm concerned. I've had surgery about 5 other times. They weren't plastic surgeries. But I have the scar to show for each surgery. I visited plastic surgeons in Dublin, Sacramento and Napa. The doctor in Napa admitted that he had never done surgery on a person of color and that all his clientele was white. So I had to rule him out. The doctor in Sacramento was considered an ethnic nose specialist. His fee was $17,000 for my nose. And if I just wanted a picture of how he would 'design' it would cost me $2,500. The doctor in Dublin was unsure of being able to perform breast aug with minimal scarring. So in Bolivia this didn't seem to be a challenge for the MD at all. After all, nearly all of his clientele are people of color. Considering the risk it was the right choice for me. Whether I would do it again remains to be seen.

I just came back June 13,2012. There are pros and cons. The pros of course it's cheaper.I really like my nose though it's swollen. I like my breasts. They are very concerned about you having lab results. The cons:they say the hospital is modern and the personnel speak English. Not true, Monica Nieva speaks English and the doctor but when I recovered I had to speak Spanish to the staff. They didn't understand english. The facilities are not modern, maybe for a 3rd world country. None of the surgery rooms even had doors. My surgery room looked like storage room. Monica Nieva brought her purse into the operating room and she had a face full of makeup. So obviously the room is not sterile. I had surgery at Clinica de Jesus and my room did not look like the photos online or in the pamphlet.Monica is nice and helpful. However she doesn't do a good job of keeping track of payments. I had surgery May 28, 2012 and I paid what I owed. Yet June 2nd Monica called me frantic saying I didn't pay and she needed money from me. I was trying to recover and was upset. I found the page where she wrote my information down and she 'Oh I see.' She apologized but it was still upsetting for me. If you decide to go, DON'T GO BY YOURSELF. The doctor was really nice and he seemed very knowledgeable. I made sure to thank him before I left.

I am from Toronto Canada, I landed in Bolivia on thurs morning 1am (yesterday), had my surgery with makeover travel, I came by myself and I was extremely nervous. As far as I know everything went well. I haven't seen the scar yet, they have me resting back at my room. I must warn you.... The pain is horrendous, I can barely move around. I will keep you posted on my progress. Dr Monica is very nice and informative, she takes you to the clinic, and picks you up. If you have any questions.... Feel free to email me.
