36 year old female with shapeless, sagging face - need professional advice- photo attached
Facelift

As mentioned, my concerns are that I have a shapeless face with some jowling and sagging. I am about 50 lbs overweight and while I know that this is a contributing factor, I am not convinced that losing weight alone will correct my problems. I have been advised in the past that I was too young to have a facelift, and that having one at this point may very well lead to future problems that will require surgical correction. What are the safest and most effective options for someone my age with my concerns?Note: Have had two previous lipsuctions to the cheek/jowls. Last procedure was approx 5 yrs ago. P.S. I also have rosacea and have had 3 Vbeam sessions to improve redness, but have seen little improvement. Any advice on how to improve this would also be appreciated. Thanks in adavance.
