As I have not examined you, I will be writing in general terms. A full examination in an appropriate cosmetic plastic surgeon's office is important to give you direct advice. At this point, after what you describe, it sounds to me like you should accept the current result and avoid additional surgery. Multiple procedures on the nose can lead to skin thinning and irregularity of the texture. Complex reconstructive surgery can be performed but this results in major scars in other areas. I generally set a limit on revisions on rhinoplasty patients, especially if multiple prior attempts have not gotten the patient to a place of complete satisfaction. Sometimes, less is more.
