49yr. male consulted with four top plastc surgeons about the area under my eyes, and received four completely different treatment plans. What do I do?

#1-lower bleph, incision behind eye, remove fat, laser skin to tighten.
#2-lower bleph, incision behind eye, fat transfer to hollowed areas,no lasers (lasers are bad), will have to live with wrinkles.
#3 no need for a bleph, chemical peel under eyes, fillers
#4 lower bleph, no fat removal, remove excess skin, will have scars, fillers
