It is possible if you had a very heavy peel and/or you are fair skinned that some redness can persist in the face. Most redness should resolve by 12 weeks. Sometimes when the peel is performed, it can remove brown pigmenataion which can then reveal superficial blood vessels that can make the face look red. Hope you are happy with your overall result. It is an excellent modality for facial wrinkles.
